We currently ship within Canada only, but we are working on serving more countries soon.
Shipping Time
Orders are processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days of being placed. Depending on the shipping option selected, shipping can take anywhere between 1-5 days. Orders processed during special events (sales, promotions) or holidays generally result in larger fulfillment volumes and orders may take longer than usual to process.
Shipping Method
Free shipping (Canada Post Regular Parcel) is offered on all orders of $75 or more before any applicable taxes. All shipping is provided by Canada Post. We cannot be held responsible for any Canada Post shipping delays. We appreciate your understanding.
Product Returns
We do not offer full refunds or exchanges for online purchases. In case of a damaged or defective product, please let us know within 7 days of receipt.
